I just wanted to say that the service I received has been excellent. I had planned to work all weekend, with major deadlines to sort, and my system would not re-boot. Ollie was extremely helpful on Saturday and tried to everything to fix this remotely and even for somebody, un-technical like me, made sense in what he was saying. On Monday when it would still not re-boot, and I explained the pressure I was under and my concerns about losing any data for a major tender I have on, Chris liaised with Michael who came up with a meticulous plan for the Tuesday am and sent Ollie round to me.
Because of the trust they instilled I opted to purchase a new computer and screen from Premier, in the event mine could not be fixed. Ollie made sure that when he installed my new computer and screen, that every meticulous detail was sorted, so that I had all the tools to get on with my job and also moved over the important data I needed.
Even though I am a small business, the whole team, made me feel that they totally understood my worry, spoke to me in a language that I could understand (IT wise) and made me feel like they were totally going to resolve my problem. Thanks so much for all your help and support. I cannot believe how much quicker my new PC is and am loving the screen and It is fab to know everything is secure and backed up. You really are my dream team.
