Our Case Studies

We delivered an onboarding and modernisation programme to create a more secure, joined‑up Microsoft environment, starting with an in‑person survey to properly document the existing setup, devices, and specialist equipment. This ensured the solution and support model were designed around how the business actually worked, enabling a smooth, practical, and low‑risk transition
Core Recruit required a secure and structured collaboration platform alongside a wider modernisation of its IT support environment. We designed and implemented a completely new SharePoint Online solution from the ground up while also deploying endpoint security, backup protection and proactive management services across the business.
AS Cooling required a full modernisation of its IT environment to improve security, resilience and operational management. We delivered a structured onboarding and infrastructure improvement programme that strengthened Microsoft 365 security, modernised device management, improved collaboration and introduced robust backup and endpoint protection solutions.
KHD Architecture wanted to strengthen its IT environment and review supporting services so the business could work more efficiently, securely and flexibly. To improve safety at the driving range, a dedicated Elevate VOIP panic phone was installed, providing staff with a simple, dependable way to contact key personnel quickly, while integrating smoothly alongside existing Daisy telephony services.
An outdated phone system was replaced with the Elevate VOIP platform, including configuration of call flows, routing and user access to better support day to day operations and hybrid working.
The existing Daisy telecoms services were replaced with a combined Elevate VOIP phone system and SoGEA broadband connection, removing legacy technology and reducing ongoing costs. Call routing, user profiles and connectivity were configured to improve reliability, simplify management and bring telephony, broadband and IT support under a single service.
Elevate was deployed as a centralised communication and collaboration platform for four key users, replacing a fragmented mix of mobiles and SIMs from multiple suppliers. Existing mobile arrangements were reviewed and rationalised, with calling, messaging and conferencing brought into a single system, supported by onboarding and ongoing support to simplify management and improve coordination during events.
Security enhancements were implemented across Microsoft 365 to improve Secure Score and strengthen protection across users, devices and data. This included enforcing Conditional Access, deploying Microsoft Defender standard policies, tightening email security, applying data sensitivity labels, introducing BYOD app protection, and restricting add ins and external sharing to create a more secure and controlled environment.
A structured SharePoint and OneDrive remediation was completed, including archiving legacy data to Azure, rebuilding document libraries, removing problematic file paths and fully restructuring the Projects area.
A full migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 was completed, including the transfer of all email and data, deployment of SharePoint for structured document management, and implementation of Datto backups for users and SharePoint. Devices were joined to Azure AD and enrolled into Intune during on‑site onboarding sessions, enabling centralised device management, improved security, and a consistent, modern working environment.
